I called Robson Computer Technologies because I kept getting error messages and could no longer open my picture files - including all of my wedding photos! Chris was able to fix the issues quickly, back up my data, and reinstall the necessary programs without any trouble at all. As an added bonus during the final system overview, he also fixed my printer which hadn't been working for two months and I had intended to replace.
